About Sasha
All listing information is self-reported by the breeder and has not been independently verified. Please verify details before you buy.
This is our Sasha ❤️ Sasha is the light of our eyes. She has been part of our family and just perfect in every way. She’s not a trouble maker. She loves our kids. She’s a little shy with new people but otherwise nice and polite. She has never caused a problem at the vet. They always were able to examine her and take her to the back, never had a problem. She is crate trained, and house broken to a doggie door. She’s not destructive in the house, doesn’t chew on furniture or anything like that. She’s been amazing. Calm easy and wonderful. And we adore her deep liver color, she’s gorgeous. It’s just that it’s time to find her a better home where she can get the full attention she deserves. Sasha is spayed now. She gave us 3 litters, her last litter ended in an emergency that resulted in an emergency spay. But she had a full recovery and was able to raise all her babies which all went to great families. That was last year. It was a difficult decision to decide that finding Sasha a new dedicated family is the best thing for her. And we need to think about what’s best for her rather than our feelings. After her spay Sasha has gained a significant amount of weight that will lead to health problems one day if it’s not controlled. We all know it’s not healthy for dogs to be overweight. Sasha is a house dog and we have a couple of other ones that are house dogs as well. It’s kind of hard to limit how much Sasha eats without limiting our other dogs. The others have fast metabolisms and will loose weight if we limit their food in order to keep Sasha from over eating from their bowls. And we don’t want to separate Sasha in a kennel outside. Sasha does have a lot of weight to loose (females gain a lot of weight after a spay), which she can loose easily simply by changing her food to a good quality food meant to control her weight. And of course feeding her the recommended amount and not letting her have free access to the food all day. We love our Sasha dearly. And we hope that the right person who will give her the dedicated time and attention she deserves will appear. Please give us a call, we are more than happy to answer any and all questions you might have. Only contact us if you really believe you can offer Sasha what she needs and are committed to being her forever family. We would not want Sasha to fall into the hands of someone who would give Sasha up out of convenience or anything of the sort. We are looking for a committed forever family for Sasha.
