Sex Doll Repair & Maintenance: TPE Glue, Stain Removal and Small Fixes

Even a well-cared-for doll picks up wear: a small tear at a joint, a dye stain from a dark dress, a loose fingernail. Most of it is fixable at home with cheap supplies. This guide covers the repairs that work — and the ones to leave alone.

The Repair Toolkit

Keep these on hand: TPE glue (a small tube from your vendor or the factory), TPE stain remover cream, a set of fine tweezers, cotton swabs, cornstarch or renewal powder, and super glue for nails only. Total cost is under $30.

Fixing Small TPE Tears

Tears usually appear at high-stress points: underarms, behind knees, around the hip crease. TPE glue chemically melts the two sides back together.

Clean the tear, open it gently, apply a thin line of TPE glue inside, then close and hold the edges aligned for a minute. Wipe excess immediately — TPE glue melts material, so a blob left on the surface makes a pit. Let it cure 24 hours before posing the joint. Done carefully, the seam is nearly invisible.

Important: TPE glue is only for TPE. Silicone needs a silicone adhesive (a different product entirely).

Removing Dye Stains

Fresh stains (hours to days old) come off with TPE stain remover: apply a layer, cover with cling film, wait 12-24 hours, wipe clean, repeat if needed. Most light-to-medium stains fade completely in two or three rounds. Old, deep stains may only fade partially — prevention (washing dark clothes, light colors for long wear) beats every cure.

Fingernails and Eyelashes

A fallen fingernail is a 30-second fix: one drop of super glue, press for ten seconds. Eyelashes the same, with lash glue or a tiny dab of super glue on the lash band only.

Skeleton and Joint Issues

A joint that gets looser over months is usually normal settling. A joint that suddenly moves freely with a grinding feel, or a limb that rotates where it should not, is a factory-level issue — stop posing it and contact your vendor with a video. Do not open the skin to investigate; you will void any support and likely make it worse.

What NOT to Attempt at Home

Do not try to repair the skeleton, re-tension joints, or glue large gashes with craft glue. Do not use a hairdryer or heat gun to "reshape" dents — concentrated heat deforms TPE permanently. Deep compression dents usually recover on their own over days; warm (not hot) water helps.

Prevention Is 90% of Repair

Powder TPE after cleaning. Keep poses within natural range. Store neutral. Most owners who follow the basics never need this article — but bookmark it anyway.
