Processing Time

In-stock dolls ship within 2-7 business days. Custom-made dolls require 2-4 weeks of production before shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

International delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on destination and customs. Remote regions may take longer. We ship by air freight with carriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Discreet Packaging

Every doll ships in a plain, unmarked brown box. The shipping label shows a neutral sender name with no reference to the contents.

Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country. For most destinations (US, EU, UK, Japan) our shipments clear customs routinely. If you are unsure about local rules, contact us before ordering.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately with your tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed losses.

Address Changes

Address changes are possible only before the order ships. Once in transit, we cannot reroute freight packages.
